This ​24-hour ​(3-day) ​course ​is ​a ​highly ​participative ​course ​that ​provides ​in-depth ​training ​on ​how ​to ​conduct ​an ​AAR ​M-1003 ​Quality ​Assurance ​Program ​audit ​as ​an ​M-1003 ​Lead ​Auditor. ​ ​Practical ​workshops ​and ​simulated ​situations ​are ​used ​to ​develop ​an ​understanding ​of ​the ​material ​and ​process ​from ​planning ​the ​audit ​to ​the ​evaluation ​and ​acceptance ​of ​audit ​findings. ​ ​In ​addition, ​actual ​hands-on ​experience ​is ​obtained ​through ​participation ​in ​an ​on-site ​mock ​compliance ​audit. ​This ​mock ​audit ​is ​scheduled ​for ​the ​second ​day ​at ​an ​M-1003 ​certified ​facility. ​

Note: Per AAR policy, in-person classes are only open to those who are fully vaccinated for COVID (at least two weeks past final vaccination).  Proof of vaccination status will not be required.

Breakfast starts at 7:15 A.M. The class is scheduled from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. all three days. Lunch will be provided at 12:00 P.M.

The following topics will be reviewed and discussed during the training.

• Review M-1003 audit sequence of events
• Performing an actual M-1003 mock audit
• Completion of audit finding reports
• Determination of root cause analysis
• Finalizing audit report

Attendees must bring PPE including a hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, and a safety vest.  All course materials will be provided the day of the class.
